The impacts display the expected costs when a road link is closed. Two types of costs can be defined in principle: direct and indirect. The direct costs were computed from construction work tables as the maximal value of a link construction. The indirect costs can be determined in several ways. We use two of them in this website: traffic intensity affected by a road link blockage and travel costs for the fastest detour of the closed road link.
